Visited The Big Fish for the first time tonight, and it will not be the last! This was the best fried fish I have had in years—and as much as I loved the fried basa, the fried shrimp was the star of the show! Lightly breaded with a hint of spicy—SO delicious. We also tried the fried okra—absolute perfection, and the collard greens which were the best seasoned greens I’ve had outside of the South. I don’t know how I haven’t heard about this gem before now, but this spot is worth the stop. Oh! Also—prices were very reasonable for the amount of food.

First time seeing this place and had to have some fried fish. Definitely a win! The fish was cooked perfectly, tender fish and crispy breading! The orange roughy and catfish were both great choices. Jalapeno hush puppies, collard greens, and spaghetti are a great pairing for the fish. Rounded out the meal with a slice of delicious German chocolate cake. Stop in and give this place a try!
